WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

by appointment only

MONDAY - FRIDAY - 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

SATURDAY - SUNDAY - 9:00 am - 10:00 pm

CAN I PHYSICALLY TOUR THE STUDIO BEFORE BOOKING?

You can request a studio tour by booking a "Tour Request" on our site.

HOW DO I CHECK AVAILABILITY?

Availability can be viewed through the "book" page on our site - select one of the hourly time packages to see times and dates.

WHAT IF I NEED TO BOOK A TIME THAT ISN’T ON THE SITE?

 

Bookings outside of office hours, boudoir shoots, large productions, and events, should be scheduled directly.

Any sessions including nudity (i.e. boudoir), even for a portion of the session, are also required to book directly.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK A STUDIO SESSION?

The page that loads immediately after, will prompt you to pay an invoice and sign a service agreement. You will receive a confirmation email that includes the time and date of your booking. 

 

On your service date, a team member of 1Texas Studio will be there to get you into the studio.

HOW EARLY CAN MY TEAM AND I ARRIVE FOR MY BOOKING?

We ask that you please arrive at your scheduled time and not before. This ensures our other clients have the right to their fully booked time. We allow entry five minutes before your booking. We will not adjust booking time due to late or delayed arrival.

CAN I EXTEND MY BOOKING DURING THE SESSION?

Pending that we do not have a booking after yours you will be permitted to extend your booking with the set per-hour cost charged at 15-minute increments.

HOW DO I ADD GEAR TO MY BOOKING?

Upon booking your studio time you have the option to book add-ons to range from utilizing our pro lighting gear to booking extra crew on your shoots.

CAN I MOVE AROUND FURNITURE?

Please feel free to adjust minor furniture to fit your needs. However larger moves, such as the bed, prop shelf, different sets, and makeup table should be requested before arriving at the space. 

 

Any damage to the furniture, floor, or walls is subject to additional fees on your final invoice. Please remember to unplug things before moving them.

CAN I PRE-PURCHASE STUDIO TIME?

Yes. You can book the studio up to 90 days out. A deposit is always required during booking and payments in full are due 72 hours before the service date. 

WHAT'S THE LATEST I CAN BOOK THE STUDIO?

You can request bookings up to 72 hours before the booking time.

Contact directly by phone/text to book anything within 72 hours. (quickest way to reach us)

WHAT IF I HAVE A CANCELLATION OR NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

The customer must notify 1Texas Studio in writing (during normal business hours) that the Customer does not require the Services to be provided on that date.

If notification of the cancellation to our staff is provided outside of normal business hours, it is deemed to have been provided at the commencement of the following business day.

RESCHEDULE: 

You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your booking with a $75 rescheduling fee.

One reschedule is allowed and is based on calendar availability. 

Customers must reschedule make-up sessions within 15 days of the originally scheduled time slot (on a Monday through Friday time slot at the original price).

If the customer needs to reschedule beyond the allotted 15 days, please contact management to discuss if there are any additional accommodations. 

Prepaid fees will be applied to rescheduled sessions. 

CANCELLATION: 

We do not offer refunds, but you may "hold" hours to be used consecutively as booked within 15 days of the original booking.

If the cancellation is made 72 hours before the day of your booking, the Customer forfeits the Deposit.
